From Overwhelmed Mom to Content Creating Machine

Once Rachael enrolled in Magic Marketing Machine, she hit the ground running. 

Now, instead of trying to figure out her Instagram marketing on her own (while running on -4 hours of sleep), she had an actual step-by-step system to follow.

1. How Batching Helped Rachael Create Content FAST

The first lesson Rachael learned was this:

The slowest way to create your Instagram content is one post at a time. 

I’ll say that again. The SLOWEST way to create your Instagram content is one post at a time. 

And yet, we’ve been taught that “batching” your content creation is creating an entire post from start to finish, scheduling it, and repeating the process. 

Newsflash: That is NOT batching. 

Real batching means grouping the SAME tasks together across multiple posts before moving onto the next task. 

So instead of finishing one whole post before starting the next, it looks more like:

• Film a bunch of video clips 
• Edit all your video clips into Reels 
• Write captions for each Reel
• Schedule everything in one shot

For example, Rachael would film a bunch of b-roll clips back-to-back during her workday. She didn’t have to carve out a specific block of time to film content. It just became a regular part of her routine as she worked with clients in the clinic. Then, she’d go home to edit them all later. 

What she didn’t do was film a 30-second clip, edit it, write the caption, schedule it, and then go back to film the next Reel. 

So, why does batching work? Because every time you switch tasks, your brain has to “reset.” Batching means fewer resets, which means more efficiency and more speed.

I personally learned this the hard way after years of running content for a bunch of clients at once and almost burning myself out. If one post takes you an hour, multiply that by everything else on your plate, and suddenly you’re working overtime just to keep up. 

Batching is what fixed that for me, and it’s what fixed it for Rachael too. 🙌🏼

2. How Magic Marketing Machine Helped Rachael Perfect Her Messaging

Learning how to properly batch her content creation solved Rachael’s time problem. It helped her create TONS of new content faster than she ever had before. 

But the second lesson Rachael learned is that creating content quickly is only half the battle.

The thing is, sure, you can batch a month’s worth of content in one afternoon and start posting every day of every week. BUT if you don’t know what to say or who you’re saying it to, none of that content will convert.
